About Intervia
Intervia Real Estate Management Sole Co., Ltd is the real estate and facilities management arm of Kolao Group, based in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR. Intervia manages Kolao Group's commercial buildings on the ground — leasing, security, cleaning, maintenance, and day-to-day operations — and acts on the Group's behalf for major development projects.
What we do
End-to-end management of Kolao Group's commercial real estate: tenant leasing, building security and maintenance, cleaning, parking, and shared facilities like conference rooms and business lounges.
Where we operate
Head office on the 3rd floor of Kolao Tower II, in Vientiane's Saysettha District — the same complex Intervia manages day to day.
Part of Kolao Group
Kolao Group is one of Laos's largest conglomerates, founded in 1997. What began as a small garage grew into one of the country's largest automotive businesses, and the Group has since diversified into finance, energy, trading, and real estate — including the commercial properties Intervia manages today.
Currently underway
Intervia is the project manager, acting on behalf of Kolao Group, for the Donchan Park Riverside Development — a public park along the Mekong River in downtown Vientiane, with construction underway since November 2025.
